We’re searching for an exceptional Floor Manager to join our team and help us continue to shine. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves and leading by example. We expect a hands-on manager who is actively involved in all aspects of floor operations, taking on multiple duties while supervising and motivating the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Passionate Advocate: With a love for food, hospitality, and customer service, you’re reliable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Detail-Oriented Expert: With at least 5 years of experience in restaurant front-of-house management, you bring a diploma in Culinary Management (preferred), and bartending experience (a plus). Smart Serve Certification are required or must be obtained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be Hands-On: Actively oversee daily restaurant operations, from customer service to food quality, while managing and motivating a talented team.
  • Drive Efficiency: Take charge of staff management and operations, minimizing labor costs, maximizing revenue, and understanding the significance of guest check averages.
  • Ensure Excellence: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Handle Inquiries Professionally: Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and manage inventory levels efficiently.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Exclusive Employment Requirement: Please note that this full-time position requires your complete commitment. Candidates must agree not to engage in any other employment or freelance work while employed with us, as stipulated in the employment contract.

What we offer:

  • Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 per year, plus competitive tips.
